Fact: Ever since I wrote my biographical report on Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis in the 3rd grade, she has been my hero.   Fashionable, gracious, personable, intelligent (I love that she was a book editor!), and creative (and newspaper photographer!), she was (and is) the personification of poised elegance— a natural, iconic beauty whose historic achievements and artistic contributions rightfully inspire a generation of word loving, magazine preserving, au courants.

Thanks, Jackie O., for not being my Britney. Nor my Lindsay. Nor even my Heidi, Paris, Miley, Snooki, or Bratz doll. Instead, thank you for being a classy representation of the woman my young, 9-year-old self, aspired to be.
